  • How can I purchase from Aotea Fine Foods?

    You can place your order online through our website, www.aoteafinefoods.co.nz.

  • How secure is shopping on your website?

    Our secure payment portal is managed by Stripe. Stripe meets the highest security standards in the payments industry. It's certified as PCI DSS Level 1 in both its card data vault and software development & integration code, which means it follows strict rules to protect card information and keep transactions safe.

  • How do I receive confirmation of my order?

    You will receive confirmation of your order via email once your order is placed via our website. If you haven’t received confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also email us at hello@aoteafinefoods.co.nz to confirm your order has been received.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver throughout New Zealand to metropolitan and rural delivery areas. An additional standard fee applies for rural delivery. All of our online order deliveries are made by courier.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    A flat rate of $15 applies for delivery within New Zealand, excluding rural delivery and outer islands where an additional fee of $5.70 applies.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Delivery within New Zealand usually takes between 3 and 5 business days from receipt of your order.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    Yes, we can deliver overseas but delivery charges apply. Please contact brendan@aoteafinefoods.co.nz to arrange international orders.

  • What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

    In the unlikely event that goods are sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty goods, the fault will be assessed and then either replaced or refunded.
