Delivery & Returns Policy

Please see below our delivery charges and return policy which applies to online retail orders only. Wholesale orders will have freight charged at cost.

Delivery

All products ordered from aoteafinefoods.co.nz will be delivered by courier. The below delivery charges apply based on your location and the total weight of your order.

  • Metropolitan Auckland - $7.50 (up to 3kg). $15 (above 3kg)

  • North Island Not Rural Delivery - $12.50 (up to 3kg). $17.50 (above 3kg)

  • North Island Rural Delivery - $17.50 (up to 3kg). $27.50 (above 3kg)

  • South Island Not Rural Delivery - $12.50 (up to 3kg). $22.50 (above 3kg)

  • South Island Rural Delivery - $17.50 (up to 3kg). $$27.50 (above 3kg).

Returns

Unfortunately, if you change your mind once the order is complete we do not offer exchanges or refunds for purchases made online. In the unlikely event that goods are sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty goods, the fault will be assessed and then either replaced or refunded.
